Nitric Oxide
Nitric oxide (NO) is a vital molecule that plays a crucial role in maintaining overall health. It promotes blood flow, lowers blood pressure and increases oxygen delivery to tissues. NO also acts as a neurotransmitter, helping nerve cells communicate, and support brain health and boost exercise performance. It improves sexual dysfunction, wound healing, heart health, type 2 diabetis, Widening of blood vessels, or vasodilation; Boosting the immune system; Regulating the life and death of cells; Transporting nutrients, fights inflammation – and thus also can ease Arthritis, inhibits the progression of cancer by decreasing tumor growth, angiogenesis, migration, metastasis, etc.
Too low level of NO can create cancer. You get NO through movement and especially when expressing deep notes through the nose. This is why Hung Song is a key sound in Vocal Sound Healing. You can sing it to yourself/others and will improve your health immediately. In the Maxillary sinus (in the cheeks under the eyes) the highest level of NO is produced when singing Hung through the nose.

Originally I am invited to talk in Redfield the 26th of June and for two days workshop in Taarzumot (cancer organization in Israel) about how Vocal Wellness can improve the immune system – and even sometimes make a tumor shrink. Beside this I make an intensive Education week in Tel Aviv 28th of June -2nd of July including the workshop for Taarzumot the 4th and 5th of July. It is my goal to establish an intuitive choir for Peace and healing in Israel. A choir of healers, that can also work individual and online. Healing is needed. The war must end.

Austria: Merete and me go to Dornbirn the 5th of June, where I am invited to speak at a Conference with Dr JJ. Hurtak and Dr. Desiree Hurtak. Merete and I will demonstrate sound scanning. Scientist Ulrike Granögger has kindly invited us.

Monthly meeting for Sound Healers:
The 29th of May 8-9 PM (CEST) There is the monthly meeting for sound healers. This time it is an open meeting, and I will introduce a book, that I recommend: Dr G Clint Rogers book: “Ancient Secrets of a Master Healer”. The subject to discuss is how to help people traumatized by dear ones that have misused their trust. The 26th of June I, Githa, cannot do the monthly meeting, as I am in Israel (see above).

Results:
We have all the time results coming in. Tumors shrink. A tumor disappeared. Hearing
improved…Thank you for all you healers out there. I cannot always remember all the good things that are happening. An almost blind woman regained her sight during one of the Monday healings. People feel that their situation is improved, but we cannot always be sure it is the sound, though we know that Hung Song 15-20 folds the NO production.
Monday healings: Monday the 26 of May is the last of 10 Monday sound-healings. It has been a pleasure to be together. I have developed different methods of Vocal sound healing for the body.
The lates we have worked a lot to get back to our origin inside the foetus through activating the Maxillary nerve (part of the Trigeminus). The purpose has overall been to give tools to self healing plus to pass a group healing. If there is interest, I will make 9 Monday Sound Healings the 1.st September – 27th of October.
